Pay homage to the elegant French hens with this sophisticated and bubbly cocktail topped with edible flowers.
Ingredients
- 3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 1 oz elderflower syrup
- 4 oz chilled jasmine tea
- Edible flowers (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew jasmine tea and chill
- Add elderflower syrup and chilled jasmine tea and ice to mixing glass.. Stir gently.
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine,
- Top with edible flowers for an elegant touch.
