Return Policy for Cheeky & Dry Non-Alcoholic Bottle Shop

At Cheeky & Dry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help resolve the issue. Please read our return and exchange policy below to understand how we handle different situations.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace the damaged items at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Include your order number and a description of the damage or defect.

  • Step 3: If possible, please attach a photo of the damaged product to help us process your claim quickly.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

2. Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product in your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will either send you the correct product or process a refund for the item.

To help us correct the mistake:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and a description of the incorrect item you received.

  • Step 3: If applicable, please include a photo of the incorrect product.

We will cover the cost of shipping for returning the incorrect item, and we will promptly ship the correct product to you.

3. No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Damaged/Non-Defective Items

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped non-damaged or non-defective items. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and safety of the products we sell.

4. In-Store Purchases

If you made your purchase in-store at our Seattle location, we will accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please bring your receipt and the item with you when making an exchange or return.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If your order needs to be returned or exchanged due to damage, defects, or an incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.
