Celebrate the golden rings with this tropical delight featuring pineapple juice and a shimmering sugar rim.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Myth non-alcoholic dark rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • Edible gold sugar rim (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rim a lowball glass with edible gold sugar (optional).
  2. Fill mixing glass with ice, then add non-alcoholic rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water and stir
  3. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
