Portland Syrups Falernum Syrup is a unique cocktail syrup created in partnership with bartender Anders Erickson.  It combines zesty lime, warm baking spices (clove and allspice), hints of ginger and almond, and sweetened with fair-trade organic cane sugar.  This syrup is versatile and can be used in cocktails like the Corn 'n Oil and Mai Tai variations, as well as in non-alcoholic drinks like sparkling water or tea.
