Use Almave Blanco anywhere you would ordinarily reach for a blanco tequila, particularly in citrus-forward cocktails. It’s excellent with lime, grapefruit, pineapple, cucumber, ginger and chile, and its clean vegetal profile makes it especially well suited to Margaritas and Palomas.
Cheeky & Dry Signature Serve — Almave Margarita: Shake 2 oz Almave Blanco, 1 oz fresh lime juice and ½ oz agave syrup vigorously with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass with a half-salted rim and finish with a lime wheel. Simple, bright and agave-forward.
