Monday Gin is a non-alcoholic, London Dry-inspired spirit made in small batches in Southern California. Juniper is firmly at the center, backed by bitter lemon, grapefruit and coriander, with a dry botanical character and lingering warmth on the finish. It's bold enough to stand up to tonic and other cocktail ingredients, making it a particularly useful bottle when you want the familiar structure and flavor of gin in classic cocktails.

Why We Love It

Monday understands what gin drinkers are usually looking for: juniper. This is one of the more traditional gin-style options we carry, with plenty of botanical character and enough intensity that it doesn't disappear in a cocktail. We reach for this one when the goal is less reinvention and more making a really good gin drink.

How to Drink Monday Gin

For an easy serve, pour 2 oz Monday Gin over plenty of ice with a crisp tonic and a generous squeeze of lime. It also works particularly well in classic gin cocktails like a Gimlet, Negroni or Gin Fizz.

Cheeky & Dry Signature Serve — Thyme for Monday: 2 oz Monday Gin, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz honey syrup, and 2 small sprigs fresh thyme. Shake everything vigorously with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and lemon peel.

Pair it with: smoked trout crostini, roast chicken with herbs, creamy goat cheese, grilled prawns with lemon, or salty Marcona almonds.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold juniper up front, with bitter lemon peel, a hint of grapefruit, and a dry herbal lift from coriander.

Palate: Structured and botanical — juniper leads throughout, with citrus bitterness mid-palate and a dry, spiced character that holds up well in cocktails.

Finish: Dry and warm, with lingering juniper and a clean botanical fade. More intensity than most non-alcoholic gins, which makes it especially cocktail-friendly.

Monday Gin is made in small batches in Southern California, using a botanical blend inspired by classic London Dry gin.
