Why We Love It
Noughty was one of the early brands to prove that non-alcoholic sparkling wine could be more than sweet bubbles in a fancy bottle. The Tempranillo is traditionally fermented before the alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, then the wine is lightly carbonated. We love the balance between juicy berry fruit and acidity here. It has a little more fruit and sweetness than Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay, but enough freshness to keep it composed. It's also certified organic, vegan and Halal.
