Oddbird GSM

Oddbird GSM is a non-alcoholic red from Saint-Chinian in southern France, made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan and aged for 12 months before dealcoholization. It has the darker, more savory character we want from this style of wine, with blackberry and ripe red fruit layered with black pepper, dried herbs, subtle earth, and a touch of spice. There’s real structure here too, with noticeable tannin, fresh acidity, and a dry finish that keeps the fruit firmly in check and gives the wine the presence to stand up to food.

Oddbird GSM has grip, depth, and a distinctly savory side that sets it apart from softer, fruitier non-alcoholic reds.
