Cheeky & Dry Signature Serve — Melati Sour: 2 oz Melati Classic, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz maple syrup, and 1 egg white. Dry shake first without ice, then shake again with plenty of ice. Double strain into a coupe and finish with 2 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic Bitters.
