Carefully, our team of award-winning producers worked to mimic the characteristics of mezcal without alcohol, knowing that it would only be adequate when we achieved a quality that directly mirrored our respect for the spirit.

Utilizing the base of our beloved classic Phony Negroni®, we’ve emphasizing mezcal qualities by smoking cactus, which provide notes of smoke, vegetal complexity and earthiness to complement its bitter foundation.
