Bacanha Noisette (Hazelnut) Syrup

Bacanha Brut Hazelnut is an organic hazelnut syrup with a rich, distinctly nutty character and a softly sweet aroma. The flavor is pronounced but clean, capturing the warm, toasted quality of hazelnut without piling on unnecessary flavors. It is particularly good when you want to add richness and depth to coffee, chocolate or a more dessert-leaning drink.

Made in France with organic pure cane sugar, water and natural hazelnut flavor, this 400ml bottle is highly concentrated. Bacanha recommends roughly 2 to 3 cl per drink, and one bottle makes approximately 20 servings. Contains tree nuts.

Try It With

Hazelnut Cold Brew: add ½ oz Bacanha Brut Hazelnut to 4 oz cold brew and 2 oz milk or your favorite non-dairy milk. Shake with ice and pour over fresh ice. Add a small pinch of sea salt to sharpen the hazelnut.

Especially good with dark chocolate, espresso desserts, vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake, pears or buttery pastries.
