Bacanha Poire (Pear) Syrup

Bacanha Brut Poire is an organic pear syrup that captures the soft, juicy character of fresh pear with a gentle tartness that keeps it lively. Made in France with organic pure cane sugar, water, natural pear flavor, organic fruit juice concentrate and citric acid, each 400ml bottle is concentrated enough for approximately 20 drinks.

Try It With

Pear & Vanilla Sparkler: add ¾ oz Bacanha Brut Poire to a tall glass filled with ice, top with sparkling water and add a squeeze of fresh lemon. Finish with a small splash of vanilla syrup or a piece of split vanilla bean. Bacanha itself pairs pear with vanilla in a simple chilled drink.

Especially good with dark chocolate, almond cake, vanilla desserts, Brie, blue cheese or toasted nuts.
