Bacanha Violette Syrup
Bacanha Brut Violette is a beautifully concentrated violet syrup with a delicate floral perfume and soft, candied sweetness. Rather than leaning heavily perfumed or soapy, the violet comes through gently, giving drinks an elegant floral note with enough acidity to keep the sweetness in check. Bacanha makes it without artificial coloring, so the focus stays on flavor rather than turning your glass electric purple.
Made in France with sugar, water, natural violet flavoring and citric acid, this 400ml bottle is concentrated enough for roughly 20 drinks. A small pour is all you need in sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea or cocktails, and it is particularly lovely paired with citrus.

Try It With
Violette Spritz: add ¾ oz Bacanha Brut Violette and ½ oz fresh lemon juice to a wine glass filled with ice. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and a splash of sparkling water.
Especially good with lemon desserts, shortbread, berries, vanilla ice cream, chèvre or a simple fruit and cheese board.
