How to Drink Giffard Gomme Syrup

Signature Serve: Shake 2 ounces non-alcoholic rum, ¾ ounce fresh lime juice and ½ ounce Giffard Gomme Syrup with plenty of ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
It is also excellent in iced coffee, lemonade and strongly brewed iced tea when you want sweetness with a silkier texture.
Pair it with: Salted nuts, citrus desserts, buttery shortbread, dark chocolate or anything with a little spice.
