We set out to improve our original recipe, a tweak here or there, but something interesting happened, something magical. Instead of an evolution, it was a revolution. A giant step forward in non-alcoholic spirits. It's remarkably close to its boozy cousin - an agave-forward, smoky, vegetal non-alcoholic tequila that simply raises the bar.

Nose  - Roasted agave, bright bell pepper, vegetal, smoky earthiness and vanilla sweetness

Palate - Sweet oak, robust roasty pepper spices and golden hay

Finish - Drying oak, prickling pepper, sweet caramel apple and smoke
