Prima Pavé Sparkling Rosé Brut
Prima Pavé Sparkling Rosé Brut is a dry, non-alcoholic sparkling rosé handcrafted in Northern Italy from sustainably farmed Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer grapes. Red currant, lychee and cantaloupe meet peach skin and bright tangerine, with delicate florals and a crisp finish keeping the fruit fresh. Dry, vivid and properly elegant, this is pink wine with considerably more personality than its pretty color might suggest.
Why We Love It
Prima Pavé Rosé Brut has the bright fruit and lovely color we want from sparkling rosé, but it also brings enough acidity and complexity to hold our attention after the first sip. The unusual blend of red and white Italian grapes gives it a wonderful mix of red fruit, citrus and soft florals without becoming too sweet. We especially love how easily it moves between occasions. It is polished enough for a celebration, relaxed enough for an afternoon outside and food-friendly enough to earn its place at dinner.
This rosé came hungry: prosciutto and melon, Sichuan shrimp, roasted salmon, spicy tuna rolls, Margherita pizza, grilled prawns with citrus, chèvre tartlets, or a bowl of ripe peaches with a little black pepper.
