So Jennie takes a completely different route to non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Because the grape must is never fermented, this isn't a traditional wine that has been dealcoholized. What impressed us is that Blanc Dry still manages to feel grown-up and composed, particularly in the balance between its subtle sweetness, acidity and pleasantly bitter finish. The fine bubbles help enormously, too. And we have to give the bottle its due: those little butterflies are screen-printed in 21-carat gold.
