Bacanha Cassis (Blackcurrant) Syrup

Bacanha Brut Cassis is an organic blackcurrant syrup with the deep, dark-fruit character that makes cassis such a natural fit for drinks. Rich and aromatic without losing its brightness, it balances ripe berry sweetness with a lightly tart edge that keeps it from feeling flat or overly sugary.

Made in France with organic pure cane sugar, natural organic blackcurrant flavor and concentrated organic blackcurrant juice, it’s an easy way to bring real depth of fruit to sparkling drinks, iced tea and cocktails. Each 400ml bottle is concentrated enough to make approximately 20 drinks.

Try It With

Cassis Spritz: add ¾ oz Bacanha Brut Cassis to a wine glass filled with ice, top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and finish with a splash of sparkling water and a squeeze of lemon.
