Using port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and our No.1 Bitter Formula we replicate the sweet vermouth flavor, enhanced with a bit of cherry. Aged in Willett bourbon barrels, it gains charred oak and vanilla notes, while our trademark No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned) adds complex bitterness for balance.
