BOLLE Still Rosé
BOLLE Still Rosé is a non-alcoholic California rosé made from 44% Grenache, 43% Cinsault, 7% Carignan and 6% Mourvèdre—a classic Provence-style blend produced entirely in California. Fresh raspberry and cherry meet watermelon, pink grapefruit and a touch of peppery spice, with medium acidity and a lingering mineral finish. BOLLE uses its patent-pending twice-fermented process to give the wine added texture and complexity without relying on added sugar, flavors or color.
Why We Love It
This is quite possibly the prettiest rosé in all of wine. Happily, it doesn't disappoint once poured. It is full of spirit and somehow tastes like a sunny summer day. In the middle of winter, consider it a very pretty reminder that those days always come back.
This one wants something lovely on the table: hamachi sashimi, butter-poached lobster, prosciutto with melon and figs, charred zucchini with preserved lemon, or an almond and apricot galette with crème fraîche.
