Starting with superior grade teas and the best organic and wildflower honey, we ferment and age the Jun with extreme care for two to fourteen months. We then blend our living Juns to achieve the structure, aroma, and flavor best suited to each brew.

Crafted from Whole Botanicals: Iggy’s has a history of creating sophisticated recipes from whole botanical ingredients, processing each one to bring out its best properties. These carefully steeped extracts are then blended to complement the Jun, not cover it.
