Looking Glass Whiskey Rebellion

A Whiskey Sour laced with pinches of pastis, blackberry, rosemary, hawthorne berry and red wine tannins, shake and dump to your double old fashioned glass/tumbler, and relax. The aromatics are wild.  Or, like me, throw it in a sixteen oz mason jar, and shake hard with ice while you walk to the backyard. Unscrew the cap and get blown away by the aromatics then wait for it to dilute some as you sip and discover that magic moment when it softens and the botanicals pop.  Spoiler alert, shouldn't have told you.  It's tightly wound upfront and has this magical way of unwinding right along with you.
