Namari is a handcrafted non-alcoholic digestif inspired by amaro and made in small batches in California. Chicory, gentian, wormwood, rosemary, sage, fresh orange, cinnamon, and clove come together in a rich, dark spirit with plenty of warm spice and herbal depth.

Namari is definitely on the sweeter side, with a distinctly cozy, autumnal feel. Think orange, baking spice, dark herbs, and a touch of roasted bitterness underneath. If fall had an after-dinner drink, this would be a pretty convincing candidate.

Why We Love It

Namari has a flavor all its own. The sweetness makes it lush and approachable, while chicory, bitter roots, herbs, and spice give it enough complexity to keep things interesting. We especially love it when the weather turns cool and you want something darker, richer, and a little more comforting in your glass.

How to Drink Namari

For an easy serve, pour Namari over ice and top with sparkling water, then finish with a generous orange twist. It's also delicious with tonic, coffee, or simply poured over a large cube after dinner.

Cheeky & Dry Signature Serve — Namari & Cola: 2 oz Namari, 3 oz good-quality cola, ½ oz fresh orange juice, and 2 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic Bitters. Build over plenty of ice, give it a gentle stir, and garnish with a big orange peel.

Pair it with: baked brie with apples and toasted walnuts, roasted squash with brown butter and sage, mushroom crostini with thyme, aged cheddar with fig jam, or dark chocolate with sea salt.

  • Finish: Gently bitter with wormwood and gentian — cozy and lingering
  • Body: Rich and lush — sweeter than a classic amaro, with an autumnal, digestivo feel

Is Namari Amaro non-alcoholic?

Yes. Namari is a fully non-alcoholic digestif, crafted to deliver the herbal complexity and warmth of a traditional amaro without any alcohol.

Where is Namari made?

Namari is made in small batches in California. It's a handcrafted, American-made take on the Italian amaro tradition, using botanicals like chicory, gentian, wormwood, rosemary, sage, orange, cinnamon, and clove.

What does Namari taste like?

Namari is rich, dark, and on the sweeter side — think orange, baking spice, and dark herbs with a touch of roasted bitterness underneath. It has a cozy, autumnal character that makes it especially good in cooler months or as an after-dinner drink.

How is Namari different from other non-alcoholic amaro alternatives?

Namari leans sweeter and more approachable than most amaro-style spirits, which tend to be drier and more intensely bitter. It's a great entry point for people new to amaro, while still having enough herbal complexity to satisfy seasoned digestivo drinkers.

What cocktails can I make with Namari?

Namari is excellent over ice with sparkling water and an orange twist, with tonic, or with coffee. Our Namari & Cola — built with good-quality cola, fresh orange juice, and aromatic bitters — is one of our favorite easy serves and a great starting point.
