Oddbird Sparkling Rosé Non-Alcoholic Wine

Bright, dry, and beautifully fresh, Oddbird Sparkling Rosé comes from Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France and is made from Syrah. The wine is matured for 12 months before the alcohol is gently removed, preserving the fruit, acidity, and structure developed during winemaking.

Fresh red berries and crisp green apple meet citrus and delicate floral notes, with the subtle peppery character of Syrah adding another layer. Fine bubbles bring lift and texture, while bright acidity and a touch of tannin keep the finish clean, dry, and wonderfully refreshing.

Why We Love It

There’s more going on here than pretty pink bubbles. Syrah gives this rosé a little extra structure and depth, balancing the fresh fruit with acidity and a gentle savory edge.
