Pathfinder Hemp & Root
What Is Pathfinder Hemp & Root?
Pathfinder Hemp & Root is a non-alcoholic spirit with the dark, bittersweet complexity of an amaro — but a personality entirely its own. Fermented from hemp seed and refined through copper pot distillation, it's layered with wormwood, angelica root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel, and Douglas fir. The result is earthy, herbal, and gently bitter, with citrus, pine, and warming spice running through it.
This isn't a stand-in for whiskey, gin, or any other traditional spirit — and that's exactly the point. Pathfinder has enough depth and structure to hold its own over ice, but it really comes alive with citrus, bubbles, ginger, and other bitter flavors.
Why We Love It
Pathfinder is one of those bottles that shows just how interesting non-alcoholic spirits can be when they stop trying to imitate something else. It's complex, a little strange in the right way, and remarkably versatile. The bitterness gives cocktails backbone, while the ginger, citrus, and foresty botanicals keep it from feeling heavy.
