Prima Pave Sparkling Rosé
Prima Pavé Sparkling Rosé Brut is a dry, non-alcoholic sparkling rosé handcrafted in Northern Italy from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer. Red currant and tangerine bring brightness, with lychee, cantaloupe and peach skin adding a more aromatic, layered quality. Fine bubbles and crisp acidity keep the vivid fruit beautifully in check, finishing fresh and clean rather than sweet.
Why We Love It
There's a lot going on here, but it never becomes muddled. We love the way tart red currant plays against fragrant lychee and juicy stone fruit, while citrus and acidity pull everything back toward dry. The unusual blend of red and white grapes gives it considerably more character than the standard berry-driven sparkling rosé. It has earned 94 points from IWSC as well as Gold and 91 points at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

Food Pairing
This has enough acidity for richer foods and enough aromatic fruit to be terrific with spice. We especially like it with prosciutto, Szechuan shrimp, roasted salmon or pizza Margherita. It would also be lovely with tuna crudo, grilled prawns or a salty plate of Parmigiano and olives.
