So Jennie Sparkling Blanc
So Jennie Blanc Dry is a French 0.0% sparkling blanc made from carefully selected white grape musts, with no fermentation and therefore no alcohol to remove. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles, it opens with white fruit and citrus before moving toward subtle floral notes, gentle bitterness and a clean, dry finish. There's enough roundness to keep it graceful, while the citrus and mineral edge give it considerably more structure than the typical sparkling grape-based aperitif.
Why We Love It
So Jennie takes a completely different route to non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Because the grape must is never fermented, this isn't a traditional wine that has been dealcoholized. What impressed us is that Blanc Dry still manages to feel grown-up and composed, particularly in the balance between its subtle sweetness, acidity and pleasantly bitter finish. The fine bubbles help enormously, too. And we have to give the bottle its due: those little butterflies are screen-printed in 21-carat gold. It has also earned Double Gold and Best of Show for its taste and originality.

Food Pairing
The citrus, minerality and subtle bitterness make So Jennie Blanc Dry particularly good with briny, salty foods. We like it with oysters, shellfish, caviar or sardines on toast, and it has enough structure for fish in a buttery sauce or a board of mature cheeses. For something unexpected, try it with pineapple and beef carpaccio, where the bittersweet character plays beautifully against the sweet-savory combination.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. So Jennie Blanc Dry is 0.0% ABV. Unlike dealcoholized wine, it is made without fermentation, so alcohol is never produced in the first place.
Is So Jennie Blanc Dry actually wine?
Not in the traditional winemaking sense. It is an alcohol-free sparkling beverage made from high-quality white grape musts. Because those musts are not fermented, it doesn't begin as alcoholic wine and then undergo dealcoholization.
