Why We Love It

Like most clear non-alcoholic spirits, it has a lighter body than traditional gin and isn't our first choice for sipping neat. Mixed with tonic, however, it comes alive. The botanicals open up beautifully, and the sea salt adds a unique savory finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Try It With
Pour 2 oz Pentire Adrift over plenty of ice, top with 4 oz light tonic water, and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a strip of lemon peel.
